Martin BehrensCEO & Co-Founder @presono Beeing born and raised in Berlin means that you’ll have to deal with some german quality characteristics when connecting with me. After finishing school I did a job training as digital media designer and in addition started as freelance web-designer and -developer. The desire for studying something in the field of media technology and design led me to Austria, more specifically to Hagenberg. During my studies I started working as a software developer for multitouch applications in a multimedia agency in which I evolved to the leading project manager for all digital solutions over time. Due to my job I got to know my two co-founders and we started our project "presono" in 2015. Since then we managed to build a company and a software product out of that idea, grew our team up to 15 people, found first customers and got a seven-digit investment. Beeing part of this company I am primary responsible for the internal communication between the sales- & project-management- and the development-team, all organizational topics including finance, law and hr and also for the advisory service of some key-accounts (and many more …).
Elisabeth EidenbergerHead of Marketing, OÖNachrichten During her studies in international and social business, Elisabeth made her first experiences in journalism as an intern at OÖNachrichten – and caught fire. After her studies she started as a full time business journalist at the regional newspaper, writing about all sorts of companies including start-ups and high-tech businesses. Five years later she took over the online department of OÖNachrichten, being responsible for all digital journalism and development on the website nachrichten.at Since January, Elisabeth is in charge of marketing at OÖNachrichten.

Daniel is very well connected in the Austrian startup community and also board member of AustrianStartups, a non-profit organization which supports startups in Austria.
Michael EislerCo-Founder & CEO, startup300 Michael co-founded DIG AG in 2000 - a software company based in Linz. As a CEO he grew the company up to 35 employees and got acquired in 2011. Michael started his next venture and co-founded Wappwolf in early 2010. Overall 16 years of entrepreneurship both in Austria an California is what Michael calls his “minefield of experience”. He recently started startups300, an accelerator to invest in startups and support them along their journey.
Alfred LugerCO-Founder und CFO Runtastic Alfred is COO and co-founder of Runtastic. He studied Economics and is the only founder without a technical background. In addition to managing the company finances, he is also responsible for HR topics and organizational development at Runtastic. During recent years, he discovered his passion for running and can now look back on several half and full marathons. Alfred’s example perfectly illustrates the motivational power of Runtastic.
In Anita’s current role as a Startup Community Manager at akostart oö, together with her team members she provides several services for the upper Austrian startup ecosystem. Additionally she volunteers for the AustrianStartups as local representative.
