He has been working with startups and is an active member of the local tech community (Technologieplauscherl, Hackathons, SoCraTes unconference, etc.)
Robert Steinbauer
Innovation-Management, Project-Management Robert Steinbauer earned a PhD degree in the field of mathematics – but is working on IT-projects for more than two decades now. In this time he gathered experiences as (early) developer, requirement engineer, product owner and CEO in a web-company. As a Co-founder of some own Startups he learned about he various aspects concerning both the technical but also the economical and marketing components
Philip Peinsold
Founder & CTO | Herosphere Philip is one of the founders of herosphere.gg and as CTO responsible for the technical background of the start-up. Before that, he worked as Software Developer and Project Manager in the field of eHealth. He is an experienced Java-, Android- and Web-Developer as well as an expert in the gaming/gambling and eHealth industry. He has great knowledge in the field of crypto currencies, Smart Contracts and ICOs. Philip loves to support start-ups from a technical and business development perspective.
Bernhard Blaha
COO & Co-Founder | Herosphere Wherever Bernhard has a hand in things, he forges the link between technology and the economy. So blockchain is right in his area of expertise: In addition to his efforts to make blockchain socially acceptable in Austria, he is currently also behind Austria's first ICO, HERO. As a serial founder, he knows exactly what it takes to efficiently turn an idea into a product that addresses the market. Klaus Nöbauer
Manager/Data & Analytics Professional | KPMG Klaus works at KMPG as a Data Analytics professional with a strong focus on digitalization, cloud topics and blockchain scenarios. He holds a degree in technical physics in Linz but has been working in the IT business for more than a decade now. Before KPMG, he worked at a Start-up offering a mobile data Management solution combined with Augmented Reality features. His experiences range from consulting, project management, pre-sales, ideation workshops as far as data consolidation, software development, training, and support.

Startup Community Manager, akostart oö In Anita’s current role as a Startup Community Manager at akostart oö, together with her team members she provides several services for the upper Austrian startup ecosystem. Additionally she volunteers for the AustrianStartups as local representative.
Matthias Tarasiewicz
Board chair of RIAT Matthias Tarasiewicz is the director of the Research Institute for Arts and Technology in Vienna, Austria, an institute for Blockchain research and Cryptoeconomics Design. He also is board member of the Open Source Hardware Association in the US, an institution to foster Open Hardware design practices. Tarasiewicz has led research projects including Artistic Technology Research at the University of Applied Arts Vienna, Making Artistic Technology (Science Communicatio ) and AXIOM – Open Hardware Cinema (EU Horizon 2020). His publications include “Forking as cultural practice: Institutional governance after the DAO” (2017), “Cryptocurrencies as Distributed Community Experiments” (2014), “A Brief History of Bitcoin” (2013) and “Coded Cultures: New Creative Practices out of Diversity” (2011). He actively researches the blockchain and cryptoeconomics since 2010 and has a background in computer science, design- and systems theory.

Founder bitTex IT Solutions Christian is Co-founder and the marketing genius of “bitTex IT Solutions”, an Austrian company focused in cloud mining and other innovative projects. Moreover Christian already consulted Blockchain projects especially in cases of marketing, public relations and project management. Before that, Christian studied "Communication, Knowledge and Media" at University of Applied Sciences Upper Austria and “Web Science” at Johannes Kepler University Linz. Along that way he also made his experiences in the fields sales, IT-support & back-office.
Ralph Pichler
organizer of Ethereum Vienna community Ralph Pichler is the organizer of the Ethereum Vienna community and a specialist in smart contract development. At RIAT he leads the Ethereum Academy and coordinates projects and workshops in relation to contract development based on Ethereum and Solidity. Pichler has been an active observer of the Ethereum space since its early days and also works as consultant for smart contract development.
Max Tertinegg
CEO coinfinity Max Tertinegg is co-founder of Coinfinity, an Austrian blockchain consulting firm and cryptocurrency broker. He studied information design and has been part of the Bitcoin community since 2011. He has developed a multitude of cryptocurrency related projects and knows blockchain technology from many angles.
Markus Koblmüller
CEO & Founder Markus is co-founder and CEO of TeamEcho, a Linz based HR tech start-up, providing an innovative online tool for measuring and improving workplace climate and employee happiness. He is an expert for start-ups, business development and HR/OD. As a longstanding member of the Austrian start-up community he co-founded multiple companies and is the organizer of the Growth Hacking Meetups in Linz. Besides his innovation skills, he holds a Master’s degree in philosophy and therefore has an exceptional critical and analytical mindset, which empowers him to detect problems immediately and tackle them the right way. With TeamEcho he is currently disrupting feedback processes in all kinds of organizations.
Christoph Wagner
CEO of doo GmbH Christoph Wagner is the CEO of doo GmbH (former company of “Die Höhle der Löwen” juror Frank Thelen) which develops mobile scanning technologies for the B2C and B2B space. He completed a masters degree in business and has a strong foundation in finance, business development and team building in a startup environment. Blockchain and Crypto Currencies enthusiast since 2016. Christoph has worked for and with Startups in Vienna, London and Hong Kong.

Michael Eisler
Co-Founder & CEO, startup300 Michael co-founded DIG AG in 2000 - a software company based in Linz. As a CEO he grew the company up to 35 employees and got acquired in 2011. Michael started his next venture and co-founded Wappwolf in early 2010. Overall 16 years of entrepreneurship both in Austria an California is what Michael calls his “minefield of experience”.
