Digital Futurist | Catalysts Martin joined Catalysts in 2014, is an expert for artificial intelligence, natural language processing, data analysis, data science, voice interfaces, chatbots, and much more. He has been working with startups and is an active member of the local tech community (Technologieplauscherl, Hackathons, SoCraTes unconference, etc.)
Sabine Schmidt
Lawyer | Brandl & Talos Rechtsanwälte GmbH When Sabine started her legal career she focused on corporate law and became a lawyer in the corporate M&A team of BTP. She supported founders from the early stage advising them to find the best legal form for their business until (and beyond) the first investors got on board. After an engagement as legal and compliance manager with a payment services provider Sabine gained experience in regulatory and data protection regulations. However, the most significant learning in this position was, that what makes a lawyer's work a real success for the team is an in-depth understanding of the company's business model and – most relevant – to support the team to make it work.  Sabine is convinced that this experience is crucial to support their clients with excellent legal advice.

Startup Community Manager | akostart oö In Anita’s current role as a Startup Community Manager at akostart oö, together with her team members she provides several services for the upper Austrian startup ecosystem. Additionally she volunteers for the AustrianStartups as local representative.
Thomas Ecker
Senior Investment Manager | tecnet equity As investment manager at tecnet equity, Thomas has been responsible for the acquisition and analysis of, and negotiation with prospective portfolio companies since June of 2003. He supports existing investments and monitors exits. In addition, Thomas is in charge of deal flow generation and sits on advisory boards of various portfolio companies.
Janis Jung
CEO & Co-Founder | MOOCI Janis and his team are building the first digital network for quality in the market of aesthetic medicine. He is responsible for business development. Furthermore he is taking over sales which gives him the opportunity to be as near to the customers as possible and therefore he and his team can develop and improve the product continuously.
Markus Koblmüller
CEO & Founder | TeamEcho Markus is co-founder and CEO of TeamEcho, a Linz based HR tech start-up, providing an innovative online tool for measuring and improving workplace climate and employee happiness. He is an expert for start-ups, business development and HR/OD. As a longstanding member of the Austrian start-up community he co-founded multiple companies and is the organizer of the Growth Hacking Meetups in Linz. Besides his innovation skills, he holds a Master’s degree in philosophy and therefore has an exceptional critical and analytical mindset, which empowers him to detect problems immediately and tackle them the right way. With TeamEcho he is currently disrupting feedback processes in all kinds of organizations.
Gerd Karlhuber
Director | KPMG Austria Gerd works at KPMG since 2006 as a professional IT consultant for Digital Transformation topics, IT Compliance, Data & Analytics and Blockchain advisory. He is also a member of the KPMG SmartStart team which supports young entrepreneurs and startups along their way. In addition, Gerd is Co-Founder at Blockpit GmbH, a Hagenberg based FinTech startup providing a real-time online platform for cryptocurrency tax reporting and portfolio monitoring.
Karina Streng
Founder and Consultant | Flybird At 19, Karina started working at Fabasoft in a programming trainer role. At 24, she was CEO at Sybermon GmbH. Today, Karina helps startups set up Product Management processes and train future leaders at Fly Bird Consulting. Karina's passion is to support startups in their growth phase. Her focus is on Product Management and Leadership Coaching. If you are founding a new company, you are immediately in a senior position, no matter your prior experience. Her aim is to provide guidance where it’s needed in order to make teams successful and happy.  
Konstantin Mirin
CEO | Postindustria Konstantin will support startups as a tech expert, as he has been delivering software solutions for his own and clients' startups for over 10 years. He is able to grasp the ideas and problems quickly and come up with the most efficient solutions. He is also a fan of a LEAN approach, so he'll be focusing just on the MVP features. Speaking of a tech background, Konstantin has got a Computer Science degree and has been developing web-apps since 2003. He writes in PHP, Javascript, Python, Golang, creates advanced infrastructure solutions and understands mobile really well. He is also really good and sketching out the interfaces that are easy to implement using the given frontend frameworks.
Stefan Koch
Professor, Business Informatics - Information Engineering | JKU Linz Stefan is Chair of Business Informatics - Information Engineering at Johannes Kepler University. He is also a visiting professor at Vlerick Business School and Vienna University of Economics and Business. Stefan has an extensive experience in the Software Business Models and Pricing, also Effort Estimation and various Business Cases.
Olivia Ulbing
CEO & Founder | oha! communications Olivia is a Founder and CEO of oha! communications and with the extensive knowledge in the marketing and branding field. Her statement regarding startups and digital marketing "Digital marketing for start-ups and brands, that are brave enough to look for new ways and workarounds & hacks, when it comes to growing their business. Following the mantra - no bullshit bingo! Focusing on the tools and methods that really get your business to the next level, rather than wasting time with nice-to-haves".
Jörg Schlipfinger
Incubation Manager | tech2b Inkubator Jörg is an independent consultant in the fields of Business Development, Management, Corporate Finance. Besides, as Incubation Manager at tech2b Inkubator, he is pursuing 360° business coaching for startups. Previously, Jörg was CFO of underground_8 secure computing and also a CFO & an Advisor at Smartbow. Thus, he is gonna share his knowledge and experience with other startups.
Philipp Streng
Co-Founder | FlyBird Philipp has a background in IT. He has worked for startups, small and big companies in different departments like project management, pre-sales, customer support, and service. He shifted his focus to process management through his study. Philipp appreciates working with people to support and create a superb working environment. His affection is to gain a boost for all and get it in touch with the surroundings. Philipp is glad if the employees have fun at work and the projects get done. So, he could help in self-organization, project management and IT-architecture (Strategy, cloud/on-premise/tools)
Tobias Höller
Hacker | Catalysts Tobias is working for Catalysts both as a Software Developer and a Penetration tester. He is an expert for designing and testing secure web applications. Additionally, Tobias is also teaching Security classes at the Johannes Kepler University. He can help you assess both your security requirements and your current security level.
Georg Kuttner
Managing Partner - The Hustler Georg is fascinated with startups, entrepreneurship and the tech industry. He loves supporting and shaping startup ecosystems and is helping fellow entrepreneurs to succeed with their businesses. His passion is public speaking, moderating and pitching in any way possible.
Bernhard Lehner

CEO | A&S Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH Silke is a Business Angel and member of startup300. Besides, she has an experience as a real estate entrepreneur and shareholder of a German textile company. Silke studied law at the University of Konstanz and she is a graduate of the University of Heidelberg.
Christoph Steindl
