Mentors with proven experience in start-ups will guide you with first-hand tips on how to make a successful business. By Sunday, you’ll have the foundations for a functional start-up: the projects developed during the weekend will be evaluated by a panel of judges.

Shkelzen Marku
Country Director, Yunus Social Business Albania Shkelzen is the Country Director of Yunus Social Business Albania, a social business incubator providing consulting and advisory services for social businesses. Area of expertise: extensive expertise and experience in design, implementation and management of development projects and programs, economic policy formulation and advocacy. Prior to YSB, Shkelzen was Executive Director of the Mountain area Development Agency (MADA) during almost six years, managing various large rural development programs financed by mainly IFAD, OFID, DFID, EU and Government of Albania.
Edona Bilali
Lecturer, Department of Management, Faculty of Economics Since 2010, Edona is an assistant in the Department of Management in the Faculty of Economy, lecturing Innovation and Human Resources. She has a lot of international trainings and qualifications in Human Resources, Planning, Negotiations, Business Consistency, Quality Management etc. Miss Bilali has experience in consulting with Albanian and Foreign companies and since December 2013, she is administrator of AZ consulting, the lead consulting company in the quality certification field.
Igli Hakrama
Lecturer Computer Engineering, Epoka University Igli Hakrama has a degree in Business Informatics from the University of Tirana and holds two master degrees, one in Computer Engineering and the other another in European Economic Studies. He has more than six years of professional and academic experience in the Computer Science field. He has got a vast experience on different problems of Information Systems and Software Engineering. Currently he works as a lecturer in the Computer Engineering Department at Epoka University. His teaching activity has been focused on courses of Programming, Web and Software Engineering. His research focus is on Applying Artificial Intelligence Techniques in Information Systems, Data and Process Mining and their implementation in the Economics field.
Erton Graceni
Executive Director, Protik Innovation Center Erton holds a master's degree in Business Management & Technology from the Sheffield University, UK and a bachelor degree in Information Technology from University of Tirana. Recently, he completed an Executive MBA in General Management & Leadership Development at the Harvard Business School. During his professional experience he worked as a consultant for several governmental and international organizations such as the World Bank, the World Health Organization, UNDP, the Prime Minister of Albania, etc. He is very much involved in activities which aim to improve the business performance of young entrepreneurs in Albania. Currently, he holds the position of Executive Director of Protik Innovation Center.
Erkens Gjini
Business Developer Manager, OFICINA Erkens Gjini has 10 years of experience working in Wealth Management and Financial Planning. He holds a degree in Entrepreneurial Management from Royal Roads University, Victoria, Canada. He is currently the Business Developer Manager of OFICINA, a non-for profit business accelerator located in Tirana. In his role, Erkens's duties include, project management, financial management, sales, client relationship and he is also responsible for the strategic growth of the organization. Prior to joining OFICINA, Erkens worked as a Financial Planning Associate and as an Equity trader for TD Waterhouse Direct Investing, in Toronto Canada. He is very much involved in the start-up ecosystem and has also written various business plans for different companies in North America.
Erjon Tusha
CEO, TSoft Erjon Tusha is CEO of Tsoft.co, Software Company that operates in Tirana but works for national and international projects. Currently, Erjon is also working for “European Commission” project (TraSaCu.eu). He is Software Engineer and with a very good Business Administration knowledge and experience. He lives between Tirana and Vienna.
Blerina Goga
Country Manager, Albanian Innovation Accelerator Ms. Blerina Goga is a Broadcaster, blogger, Media Advisor, and Communication Coach and Trainer.Ms. Goga's broadcast experience comes form over 15 years work and intensive journalistic training at the BBC on radio, television and online. Her on air talent and exceptional presence made her a household name in both English and Albanian Language programmes. During her career with the BBC she broadcast news and current affairs, wrote many features, magazines, pop programs as well as organized and presented Outside Broadcast events. She is a presentation trainer, voice coach and media advisor. She worked as a Media Advisor to the Albanian main opposition leader during the 2013 election campaign, where she was responsible for events, managing the multimedia production team, TV spots, soundbites, online campaigns. From 2011 -2013 she was a Social Media Advisor to Own-Label responsible for the strategic use of social media through different platforms. From 2013-16 Blerina led the Project Management team for a governmental agency responsible for managing and coordinating projects financed by gorvernment and international doners. Shes currently the country manager of Albanian Innovation Accelerator helping companies grow through creating competences in innovation, communication and network building.
Georg Kuttner
Managing Partner - The Hustler Georg is fascinated with startups, entrepreneurship and the tech industry. He loves supporting and shaping startup ecosystems and is helping fellow entrepreneurs to succeed with their businesses. His passion is public speaking, moderating and pitching in any way possible.

Indri is the “lightning rod” of the team, when a problem came out he’s the hero. He takes control of the situation by finding a way into being positive. He is not on the roof (terrace), but you can find him at every step we take.

Alba is a real hurricane: She is strong and she involves everyone in what she plans to do. With a loudly laugh or a smile and her energy, she finds the time to do anything. She can be found easily, just turn your head where the noise came.
Faola Hodaj
Faola is like a candle, when our "lights" go off, her creativity shines. She can get irritated very quickly, but after 5 minutes she's ready to give you a hug. She has a clever tongue and develops an amazing ability to enrich the facts with stimulating and imaginative chatter.
Bobi Xhaxho
Bobi is the real boss of the situation and not only in his status as students responsible chairman. In fact, in Albanian, his name means :Being the boss. And like a true boss, he merely finds the time to go to the barber: don't be afraid!
