Daniel HorakCo-Founder and COO, CONDA After graduating from his studies, Daniel founded his first startup in 2007, Spoken Language System. In 2012, he co-founded CONDA - the leading Austrian crowdinvesting platform - and is currently the managing director for marketing & sales. Daniel is very well connected in the Austrian startup community and also board member of AustrianStartups, a non-profit organization which supports startups in Austria.
Stefan Perkmann BergerCo-Founder and Managing Director, WhatAVenture Stefan is the co-founder and managing director of WhatAVenture, a virtual tool to bring your idea to business reality. His focus is customer development and has tremendous know-how in how to develop a sounds business model.
Gregor-Robert PoschProject manager for start-up programs, Vienna Business Agency Gregor has more than 10 years experience as a business consultant in various industries and has supported several start-ups in the Creative Industries. The Vienna Business Agency offers financial support, real estate and urban development incentives as well as free service and advice for Viennese companies and founders. The objective is to strengthen Viennese entrepreneurs, companies and their innovative force.
Larisa StanescuCo-Founder, Girls n' Code Online marketeer by profession and procrastinator by heart, Larisa has gathered over 5 years experience in marketing: she explored the creative world of an advertising agency and gathered experience on branding, switching then to consulting startups on performance marketing at INiTS while building up the TEDxVienna community. She co-founded the Girls n' Code initiative and is currently the CMO of the SmartNinja coding school.
Juergen JellyFounder & Consultant, itom invest GmbH Juergen is a serial entrepreneur in several industries, consultant, author, mentor and lecturer at the Vienna University of Economics and Business. Starting at the age of 23 he founded different companies and gained a lot of experience in implementation and the operations of many industries all over the globe until he switched to the investment side and started “itom invest”, a company focusing on the niche between investors and projects, trying to help both sides to get together for the profit of all involved parties.
Florian ReschInvestment Manager, aws Gründerfonds Prior to his appointment at aws Gründerfonds, Florian Resch was in charge of business development activities at Jollydays GmbH in Vienna, where he gained operating experience as the co-founder of an internet start-up. Until 2014, Florian Resch spent four years working in the area of M&A advisory, including for Ernst & Young. He studied International Economic Law in Vienna and Stanford. Florian Resch joined aws Gründerfonds as an investment manager in 2015.
Gabriele TatzbergerDepartment Manager, Vienna Business Agency Gabriele is department manager of mingo, the start-up initiative in the Vienna Business Agency and is passionate to support startups and the Vienna startup scene. Since 2010 she is also CEO of the Vienna Region ltd.

Nina WoessSpeedinvest, Principal Nina joined Speedinvest in 2012 as a Principal after her studies in Strategic Management at WU. Part of Nina's job is the screening of several hundreds ambitious startups.
