Markus Ertler
Business Angel & Founder, Markus is truly an Austrian digital pioneer. 1994 he co-founded together with his brother Immobilien.NET, the first immo platform in Europe  and market leader in Austria. In 2014 he exited Immobilien.NET successfully. Since then Markus is a passionate serial entrepreneur and as an active business angel also invests in promising Austrian startups. 2015 he gained the title "Super Angel" of the Austrian Angels Investors Association and since 2016 he is board member of Startup300.
Niko Alm
Business Angel Niko Alm studied Journalism and Communication Sciences, founded 2011 the creative agency Super-Fi and is CEO of the international media company VICE since 2013. Niko is founding member of NEOS and a Member of Parliament since 2013. His areas of expertise include media and internet policy, space and economy He is specialized in startups and is a a Nano-Business Angel himself.
Renata Fourmanova
StartUp PR & Marketing Consultant, Blogger, StartUp Live Alumni The native Russian manages a marketing and PR agency that focuses on lifestyle and start-ups. Previously she already successfully founded 2 companies in the web and mobile area in Russia and Austria.
Gregor-Robert Posch
Project manager for start-up programs, Vienna Business Agency Gregor has more than 10 years experience as a business consultant in various industries and has supported several start-ups in the Creative Industries. The Vienna Business Agency offers financial support, real estate and urban development incentives as well as free service and advice for Viennese companies and founders. The objective is to strengthen Viennese entrepreneurs, companies and their innovative force.
Verena Maria Mai
Co-Founder & CEO, UNIspotter Verena is co-founder and CEO of UNIspotter, an App guiding students to find the perfect-fit university program. Verena is passionate about innovation in the field of higher education, especially how the digital age changes the industry. She has international work experience in Sales (Austria: Campus Group; Splashline), Human Resources (Liechtenstein: Swarovski) and International Trade (Israel: Austrian Embassy).
Larisa Stanescu
Co-Founder, Girls n' Code Online marketeer by profession and procrastinator by heart, Larisa has gathered over 5 years experience in marketing: she explored the creative world of an advertising agency and gathered experience on branding, switching then to consulting startups on performance marketing at INiTS while building up the TEDxVienna community. She co-founded the Girls n' Code initiative and is currently the CMO of the SmartNinja coding school.
Juergen Jelly
Founder & Consultant, itom invest GmbH Juergen is a serial entrepreneur in several industries, consultant, author, mentor and lecturer at the Vienna University of Economics and Business. Starting at the age of 23 he founded different companies and gained a lot of experience in implementation and the operations of many industries all over the globe until he switched to the investment side and started “itom invest”, a company focusing on the niche between investors and projects, trying to help both sides to get together for the profit of all involved parties.
Florian Resch
Investment Manager, aws Gründerfonds Prior to his appointment at aws Gründerfonds, Florian Resch was in charge of business development activities at Jollydays GmbH in Vienna, where he gained operating experience as the co-founder of an internet start-up. Until 2014, Florian Resch spent four years working in the area of M&A advisory, including for Ernst & Young. He studied International Economic Law in Vienna and Stanford. Florian Resch joined aws Gründerfonds as an investment manager in 2015.
Markus Kainz
CEO & Founder, primeCROWD Markus is founder and CEO of primeCROWD, a crowdinvesting platform for startups. He is also co-founder of courseticket, Austria's largest online marketplace for training and has years of experience in sales and business model development.  into SLAX. Alex Kucera
CEO, Alex has more than 10 years experience in web design and digital user experience. In 2007, he plunged into the start-up scene, supporting tripwolf and yasssu. His start-up “way2stage” expresses his passion for music. Jakob Reiter
Co-Founder, TheVentury Entrepreneur, IT nerd and debater has been active in the startup scene for many many years. He started his first company when he was 18 years old and build his own IT/Web consulting company with customers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. His newest startup theVentury ( is helping startups to grow by injecting critical resources such as IT Development, Social Media Marketing and Growth Hacking. Furthermore, Jakob is a passionate debater and rhetorics specialist - taking part in World- and European championships all over the globe.
Thomas Ecker
Senior Investment Manager, tecnet equity As investment manager at tecnet equity, Thomas has been responsible for the acquisition and analysis of, and negotiation with prospective portfolio companies since June of 2003. He supports existing investments and monitors exits. In addition, Thomas is in charge of deal flow generation and sits on advisory boards of various portfolio companies.
Roman Rericha
Partner, Brandl & Talos Attorney at Law Roman Rericha is partner at Brandl & Talos Attorneys at Law and specializes in M&A transactions, corporate law and financing. He is in charge of complex and cross-border M&A and private equity transactions. As a permanent member of the AWS Seedfinancing Evaluation Panel, he determines the eligibility of projects and companies in the area of high-technology. Roman has recently launched the start-up funding programm “BTP Nährboden” which supports promising young entrepreneurs with high-value legal advice and provides them access to the law firm’s network.

Thomas Schranz
CEO & Cofounder, Thomas dropped out of Software & Information Engineering at Vienna UT and built countless high traffic applications and campaigns on the Facebook platform. Thomas spent the past years in San Francisco and thrives in environments that cherish the intersection of design, technology and distribution. Robert Hegedus
Managing Partner, Fiedler Capital Robert runs Fiedler Capital, a Vienna based early stage VC focused on early stage startups with global potential in CEE and Baltics. He's also also one of the founders of Mosaik, a 1,000 m2 tech campus and the center of the tech scene in Budapest. Before founding Fiedler Capital, Robert worked 10 years top-tier management consulting. Robert has extensive experience in venture and a very strong international network in the VC, startup and corporate world.

In 2012, he co-founded CONDA - the leading Austrian crowdinvesting platform - and is currently the managing director for marketing & sales.
