Erton Graceni
Executive Director, Protik Innovation Center Erton holds a master's degree in Business Management & Technology from the Sheffield University, UK and a bachelor degree in Information Technology from University of Tirana. Recently, he completed an Executive MBA in General Management & Leadership Development at the Harvard Business School. During his professional experience he worked as a consultant for several governmental and international organizations such as the World Bank, the World Health Organization, UNDP, the Prime Minister of Albania, etc. He is very much involved in activities which aim to improve the business performance of young entrepreneurs in Albania. Currently, he holds the position of Executive Director of Protik Innovation Center.
Edona Bilali
Co-Owner | AZ Consulting Mrs. Bilali has graduated at the Faculty of Economics, Management profile. She has a Master degree in Marketing. She holds the “Audit” title. She worked at InfoSoft Group, with European and Asian partners, where she took the experience and expertise of adaptation, negotiation and the flexibility in a business relations. Mrs. Bilali has given consultancy and has collaborated with several companies as a business consultant. From December 2013 she is the General Manager and Co-owner of AZ Consulting ltd.
Georg Kuttner
Managing Partner - The Hustler Georg is fascinated with startups, entrepreneurship and the tech industry. He loves supporting and shaping startup ecosystems and is helping fellow entrepreneurs to succeed with their businesses. His passion is public speaking, moderating and pitching in any way possible.

Art Director & Digital Specialist Kamela Kondili is an Art Director & Digital Specialist. She has studied Computer Science but her passion for design made her start working in Advertising Industry and for more than 8 years now she combines design with programming. She has been responsible for the online image of some of the biggest telecommunications & banks brands. Her work involves social media, responsible websites & online campaigns.
Besmir Kthupi
Art Director, Le Spot Group Besmir Kthupi holds a MFA in Graphic Design from the Faculty of Fine Arts, Albanian University of Arts. Having an experience of 7 years in in editorial design, corporate identity and retail marketing he is specialized in the fields of corporate identity (logo) design, print design, web design and branding with the majority of time spent designing and implementing financial/annual report communications, consumer promotion/advertising, exhibit graphics, and public/media relations, marketing promotions for businesses such as logos, websites, letterhead, business cards, packaging and more. Currently he is working as Art Director at Le Spot Group. Besmir brings a sense of pride and immense work ethic to every design project. He always tries to find an outlet for creativity, whether it be on plain paper or on the computer. Apart from his work experience he has continued to peruse his goals as a graphic artist through more graphic research along with developing his artistic skills as well, rejuvenating periodically the ability to quickly translate ideas into attractive printed materials.

Over the years of work at New Media Communications, Gerti has been in charge of all the projects developed which supplied powerful marketing and PR solutions for clients in the fields of automotive, consumer goods, financial, higher education, manufacturing, medical, real estate and property management, retail, recreation and tourism & travel. The latest challenge was the launch of a startup project in the Digital Media called the Business Magazine Albania - www.BusinessMag.al Being marketing oriented as a person, Gerti is always in search of connecting with people and networking opportunities.
Igli Hakrama
Lecturer | Epoka University Igli has more than ten years of professional and academic experience in the Computer Science field. He has got a vast knowledge and experience on different problems of Information Systems and Software Engineering. He works as a lecturer in the Computer Engineering Department at Epoka University. He holds a degree in Business Informatics from the University of Tirana and two master degrees, one in Computer Engineering and the other another in European Economic Studies. He has been mentoring for several years in many startup events.

Business Developer Manager, OFICINA Erkens Gjini has 10 years of experience working in Wealth Management and Financial Planning. He holds a degree in Entrepreneurial Management from Royal Roads University, Victoria, Canada. He is currently the Business Developer Manager of OFICINA, a non-for profit business accelerator located in Tirana. In his role, Erkens's duties include, project management, financial management, sales, client relationship and he is also responsible for the strategic growth of the organization. Prior to joining OFICINA, Erkens worked as a Financial Planning Associate and as an Equity trader for TD Waterhouse Direct Investing, in Toronto Canada. He is very much involved in the start-up ecosystem and has also written various business plans for different companies in North America.
Erjon Saraci
Audit and advisory services Erjon is a certified chartered accountant with a versatile experience in audit and financial industry combined with project management experience for advisory projects, developing strategic aspects of Albanian companies. He has lectured many years in the University of Tirana, Faculty of Economy in different subjects such as Taxation, Bank Management, International Financial Management, Internal Audit and IFRS. He has established his private professional practice in offering audit and advisory services to many different companies and Projects. Through the years, he has always been there as a mentor of Startup Live Tirana, helping students and orienting them into achieving their business objectives.
Besjan Xhuglini
Marketing Manager, ikubINFO Besjan Xhuglini currently holds the position of Marketing Manager at ikubINFO. He joined the company in 2014 after, successfully graduating in 2012 from the Academy of Economic Studies at the University of Cybernetics, Statistics and Informatics in Bucharest. Currently Besjan is part of ikubINFO international team, focused in different projects outside Albania. He also has the special quality of thinking outside the box, by bringing brand new ideas for the company or even not considering the box at all, and by doing so raising up the standard of management thinking.

Manager of Corporate Department, Société Générale Ferid is a Finance & Banking professional with more than 15 years of expertise in Corporate Banking and SME & Retail Financing. Currently, he covers the position of Deputy Business Division Manager at Societe Generale Albania Bank and previously has held positions in other banking institutions such as Head of Credit Risk and as an Investment Analyst at EBRD. Ferid holds an MBA degree from the University of Tirana, while previously he has graduated from the Polytechnic University of Tirana.

Associate Key Account Manager, Société Générale Idit is a Finance professional with international experience in Finance & Control and Corporate Banking. He is currently part of the Corporate Banking team at Societe Generale Albania whereas previously he held Financial Planning & Analysis positions at Unilever Foodsolutions & Unilever North America. Idit holds BSc in International Business and a Msc in Finance & Investments from Rotterdam School of Management.
Alma Gjonaj
Senior Software Developer, IkubINFO Alma graduated in Computer Science from the Faculty of Natural Sciences, University of Tirana. She has a Master in degree in Computer Science. Alma has worked from 2010 to 2015 at Plus Communication sh.a, Tirana as Vas Specialist (Software Developer). She is an expert in: reviewing current systems/applications, presenting ideas for system improvements (including cost proposals, working closely with analysts, software designers and other key staff) by producing detailed specifications and developing code based on marketing’s requirements. Actually she works for IkubINFO Software Engineering Company and she is the mentor of ikubINFO Academia. She is always willing to share skills, knowledge and expertise with the members of our academia. She helps them learn what they weren’t taught in university. During last year she demonstrated effective mentoring skills and now she is successfully leading her second ikubINFO Academia program.
Arjeta Dhima
Founder, .iACT Arjeta Dhima is the founder of .iACT - Learn to Act & Communicate offering acting lessons, diction and communication on stage, media and public. Moreover at iACT they have lessons on acting, moderating, speaking and presenting. Arjeta is a director, actress and lecturer. She has finished the Academy of Arts, Faculty of Dramatic Art, Branch: Theater Director during 2007-2011. Arjeta is a director of dozens of theatrical performances as well as performing as an actress in theater and movies. Arjeta has won several awards as: Media Prize as the best director of “Pse nuk rri per mengjes?" during the 45th festival in Ferizaj, Kosovo; and the prize "Best use of character" in Tirana 48 hour festival with the movie "Inexistence".

Co-Founder & Managing Director | Yunus Social Business Balkans Shkelzen is the Country Director of Yunus Social Business Albania, a social business incubator providing consulting and advisory services for social businesses. Area of expertise: extensive and experience in design, implementation and management of development projects and programs, economic policy formulation and advocacy. Mateo Spaho
Chief of the Finance Department, Luarasi University Mr.Spaho graduated in Economics and Finance in 2008 following a Master of Science in Finance and risk Managment in the University of Parma in Italy in 2010. There, he also finished the doctoral degree in Economics and Finance in “Economic Policies, Ratings and Employment during the Crisis”. From 2011 to 2014 he worked as Sector Chief of Fiscal and Macroeconomics Department at the Ministry of Finance. In 2015 he got the Associate Professor title and he is now Chief of the Finance Department at the Non-public School of Higher Education Luarasi. He is also member of the Municipality Council of Tirana.

Mr.Skrapi directs the Marketing strategy and also the market research for future expansion of the portfolio. Previously, he has worked as Privat consultant at CFConsulting from March 2009 – September 2010. His work was consulting private clients on how to obtain an optimal mortgage in the base of their income’s and long term possibilities. Also, he has previously worked as a Sales Agent at City Bank in Italy.
Endri Mataj
Regional Director, Startup Grind Endri is a self-starter, young entrepreneur, technology and travel passionate, with the goal to drive creativity and innovation among his network and local community. Endri earned a MS degree in Telecommunication and Network Management from Syracuse University in New York, USA, and a BS degree in Mathematics (Computer Science) from Russian Peoples’ Friendship University in Moscow, Russia..Endri served as ICT adviser to the Prime Minister of Albania, and before joining the Prime Minister’s cabinet, he held several positions in the public administration. Currently, Endri serves as Consultant for two Silicon Valley startups, Povio Labs and Konsus (Y Combinator W16), and as elected Board Member of the Albanian Fulbright Alumni Association (AFAA).

Co-founder, Almotech Erion Cuni is a computer systems designer and analyst. A talented developer, coder, user interface and user experience expert, Erion has several popular apps under his belt. He started as an android and ios developer in Italy before moving to Albania, implementing innovative projects. In October 2014 in collaboration with a group of mobile developers created Almotech, a non-for profit organisation that promotes the use of technology to improve life.

Daniel Guce
Director of the Department of SME & Exports, Albanian Investment Development Agency (AIDA) Since March 2014, Mr. Guçe holds the position of the Director of the Department of SME & Exports at the Albanian Investment Development Agency (AIDA). Also, since September 2013, he is working as an Advisor to the Minister of Economic Development, Trade and Entrepreneurship in Albania.Mr. Guçe is a lecturer in International Relations subject to the Department of Political Science at the Albanian University in Tirana. Also, he worked for several years as a trainer to the “Qemal Stafa” foundation. Mr. Guçe holds a Bachelor Degree in Political Science, a Master of Science in Foreign Policy & Diplomacy and Professional Master in Business Administration.
