Bernhard studied International Business Administration at HEC Montreal and WU Vienna as well as Strategy, Innovation, and Management Control at Management Development Institute Gurgaon/New Delhi in India and WU Vienna. Bernhard is NLP, Radical Honesty, and general adult education trainer and consultant. He worked in innovations management and innovation consulting, founded and unwound an own startup in India (2nd runner-up at Startup Weekend New Delhi mobile 2012) and joined Teach For Austria’s leadership development program as a fellow in 2013. After the two-year fellowship where he taught in a disadvantaged school in Vienna’s 10th district, he joined the organization as a Trainer & Coach and led leadership & personal development courses, social skills workshops, and eventually Teach For Austria’s pedagogical team itself. Now he is leading Teach For Austria’s regional startup in Upper Austria, coordinating the operations, staff, fellows and the organizational development necessary for that step.
