Baiba Dreimane is a marketing and innovation project manager with years of experience in both startup and corporate environments. Originally from Latvia, she has spent the last seven years in Spain working with international companies, with a focus on travel, leisure, and software. Currently, she works as the Program Manager at Plug and Play Tech Center, leading Travel & Hospitality and Smart Cities programs for their corporate partners in Vienna. Prior to this, Baiba was a marketing consultant for some of the top aviation brands, built a martech startup for hospitality businesses in Spain, and worked on various digital innovation projects around the globe.
