MORE THAN ONE PERSPECTIVE (MTOP) enables sustainable labor market integration of refugees holding academic degrees. MTOP selects refugees from specific industries for the MTOP associate program, trains them for 3-months, connects them with potential employers and supports the work place integration for refugees and employers. Former MTOP associates enter the MTOP ambassador program and serve as role models for integration and have a far-reaching impact on their community.
