Adela has 8+ years of international experience in leading sales and business development in the telecommunication and Internet of things (IoT) industry. Adela is currently leading the business development team at the software company specialized in the IoT industry for the largest, Tier-1 telecom operators in the world. Through her career together with her Team she served customers in over 14 markets and has been actively involved in hundreds of projects in the field of digital transformation, big data, and the Internet of Things.
Adela is a total powerhouse, a rising thought leader in the space of digital transformation. She holds an MBA Degree in Entrepreneurship and Innovation as well Master in Telecommunications. As a Vice President of the Female Leaders Network, she is committed to serving the WU MBA Alumnae across the globe by finding the right tools and networks to support them in taking their career to the next level.
In December 2020 she launched her own YouTube Channel – Making IT IN Austria, where she interviews real people who share a similar story like herself and who have made a successful career in Austria. She strongly believes in the power of networking and building long-lasting relationships for advancing one’s career and she had been very vocal about it through her extensive LinkedIn network.
