-Coaching multi-functional digital project management team working with a very limited budgets and scarce resources.
-Facilitate strategic management process, provide consulting expertise and program management for strategic initiatives that are deemed critical to the bank success.
-Creating and driving strategies that develop new businesses or turn around ailing ones.
