Ana Zacharian is the initiator and Co-Founder of “Albanian Skills”, an initiative which promotes and support skills development of Albanian young people. She has studied Business Administration with a post graduate in Urban Development and Management Theory. She is aspiring, mentoring and supporting different startups and new entrepreneurs in related aspects of initial organization setups which turn youngsters and women into drivers of positive change in society.
