After graduating in Entrepreneurship at Lund University in Sweden, Carina worked for several years in Business Development & Sales in various startups, scale-ups and ecosystem players such as Pioneers. Currently, she is heading the Accelerator at Female Founders supporting Female-led startups to get investment-ready. Next to that, she is also a mentor for early-stage startups at the i2c program at TU Vienna.
