Before becoming a patent expert at the Austrian Patent Office, Christian worked as R&D engineer in a young company. In addition to his work as a patent examiner, he is intensively involved in the PRIO, provisional patent application, and patent.check projects. His experiences from both sides are very valuable for his IPR consultations with start-ups and SMEs.
