Dušan Vukanović is an innovation consultant, entrepreneur, and lecturer. He has more than 15 years of experience in implementing various consulting projects in areas of human resources management, organizational development, strategic communications, and innovation.
In ICT Hub, which he joined in 2015, Dušan is in charge of designing and delivering programs that support large Serbian corporations on their innovation journeys. Dušan lead ICT Hub in transforming its deep experience and expertise in working with tech startups and the overall tech ecosystem, to become innovation partner to traditional companies and corporations. In 2007, he founded a boutique consultancy company specialized in professional and organizational development, which he ran until 2014. Before becoming an entrepreneur, Dušan has been working for the American National Democratic Institute on various democracy development projects between 1999 and 2006. He is the founder and between 2012 and 2014 a member of the Managing Board of Serbian Association of Management Consultants.
Dušan can help participants with business model generation, devising go-to-market strategies, financial planning and pitch preparation.
