As a secretary-general of the county chamber and a former SME consultant I regularly meet companies and discuss innovation and business potentials with company managers in order to put them or keep them on the right development track. Innovation, technology transfer and business development is not only a core task but also a passion – that’s about the practical side. As for the theoretical background, with a Ph.D. in Management and Business Studies, I believe that individual/company positive results contribute to regional development on the whole.
