General Tax Advice for start-ups Expertise in Blockchain Tax Advice relating the Taxation of cryptocurrencies
My name is Felix and I started my professional career in tax consultancy and accounting, where I already gained some experience in the startup area, especially in the structuring and founding of companies.
Since about 2 years I am now increasingly active in the area of ​​cryptocurrencies and blockchain, where I am mainly concerned with the tax classification of “cryptoassets” and the benefits of blockchain in the tax area.
I also work part-time at the newly founded institute “Digital Transformation and Law” at the JKU Linz (JKU LIT Law Lab), which goal is mainly the scientific processing of new digital topics and issues. My personal goal is to bring together the theory and practice of digitization (especially in the field of blockchain and cryptocurrency).
