In my previous positions, I worked as an innovation consultant and trainer for user-centered business modeling and product development. Besides that, I love to work with founder teams on the topic of early team development and conflict management. My special field of interest is impact-oriented entrepreneurship to tackle big societal challenges in the area of agriculture, energy, mobility, water, smart city, climate, poverty, and social inclusion.
