Karina is working in IT for 12 years, she has a strong IT, psychology, pedagogic and economics background. She worked as an engineer, consultant, and trainer before she became CEO of a web developer company and co-founder of an agency. Karina learned that project management and team development are her strongest competencies which she has the most fun with. She has also founded FlyBird with her husband where they support startups directly to solve their problems aligned under one common purpose with one project lead.
