Markus is responsible for the training and workshop program for founders and start-ups at BayStartUP. He is also head of the regional business plan competition Schwaben. In start-up coaching, he supports founders and startup teams in all steps of the company development and the search for financing. Schilling holds degrees from the University of Augsburg and the Pershore College Business School, Worcestershire, England.
