Markus is the co-founder and CEO of TeamEcho, a Linz based HR tech start-up, providing an innovative online tool for measuring and improving workplace climate and employee happiness. He is an expert for start-ups, business development, and HR/OD. As a longstanding member of the Austrian start-up community, he co-founded multiple companies and is the organizer of the Growth Hacking Meetups in Linz. Besides his innovation skills, he holds a Master’s degree in philosophy and therefore has an exceptional critical and analytical mindset, which empowers him to detect problems immediately and tackle them the right way. With TeamEcho he is currently disrupting feedback processes in all kinds of organizations.
