Markus is attorney-at-law and head of the Vienna office of Dax Wutzlhofer & Partner Attorneys-at-Law (DWP). He focuses on advising clients in the areas of corporate and business law, M&A, and start-ups. Prior to DWP, Markus was attorney-at-law at Deloitte Legal Austria and associate at Austria’s largest law firm WOLF THEISS and another major law firm BINDER GRÖSSWANG. Start-ups could benefit most from his expertise with respect to the whole incorporation process (e.g. finding a suitable legal form, incorporation thereof, etc), but also in connection with legal aspects to take into consideration vis-a-vis potential investors/Investments at a later stage.
