Martina gained several years of experience in the German banking sector. There she worked in the business development department for corporate clients with a focus on digitization. She was responsible for coordinating our customer’s projects, and scouting startups and is part of the sales team. She strongly believes in the successful realization of business ideas and the implementation of innovations through the innovation process. Her expertise is not only a 360-degree perspective on business development but also in developing innovative business models to ensure long-term success and lasting customer engagement.
Besides she designed and executed multiple innovation programs (startup corporate engagement, intrapreneurship, process innovation incubation) to empower organizations across Europe.
