Dr. Mirlinda KARÇANAJ graduated from the Faculty of Natural Sciences, Department of Computer Science, where she completed her Master of Science and PhD in Informatics. Since October 2013 she is the General Director of the National Agency for Information Society (NAIS). Its research fields include digitalization, systems interconnection, centralized online services, issues and solutions for information infrastructure, electronic payment and electronic governance in Albania. Her work has been presented in a number of national and international conferences, as well as Albanian and foreign scientific journals.
