After being self-employed for three years and starting to work with international clients very soon he learned a lot about product development. After that, Roman joined the startup Codeship in 2014 where he fill out rolls between engineering, architecture, management, and product. Roman joined Codeship in an early phase as the 8th person. After that, he has seen Codeship grow to over 30 people. Roman can definitely help in scaling team and engineering process, planning an MVP and executing accordingly.
