Sandra has been a research assistant at the IAA since 2017 and hold a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Business Psychology. Prior to this, she worked for several years in the Human Resources department of a large industrial company in Upper Austria. Her current research focus is on the topic of human-robot interaction as well as on technical assistance systems and its influence on user acceptance and user experience. In addition to her expertise in UX and HRM, she also can offer some experience in drawing up business plans.
