Supporting start-ups in the last years in the Medical Device sector has allowed me to gain insights into various stages of start-ups, from idea, scale-up to exits. Learning what is important in various stages, and establishing a system that allows start-up to scale as well as the importance of shaping and keeping the company culture along the way has helped me tremendously when founding my own start-up, BRüSLi. BRüSLi is the first crunchy cereal from bread, helping to reduce food waste.
