Simona has been working in and with startups ever since she started her professional career. Having spent some time in the US, she’s been hacking some growth for US investor and TV personality Marcus Lemonis. Upon her return to Austria, she joined weXelerate, Europe’s largest startup and innovation hub, as one of the very first employees and built up the startup program as Head of Accelerator, screening over 2.000 applications and supporting over 100 startups within the first year. In October 2018 Simona joined i5growth as Director, driving the international growth of high potential European tech companies and particularly supporting with US market entry. Away from her desk, you’ll find her with a good book and a glass of wine.
