Tamara is a sociologist that has worked at university, in NGOs as a diplomat in government and then she built her social enterprise bottom up on her own, learning along the way. Tamara is an expert in social innovation and she works with governments, civil sector, multilateral organizations, private companies, and small enterprises on how to have innovative good ideas that have a great impact not just for business but also for the society. She started another social enterprise with the Roma community two years ago, has won multiple awards for social innovation and social entrepreneurship. Tamara has started and currently, she is the manager of a department for social innovation and European partnership in a large American company.
