Since 2009, I work as a senior investment officer position at Finance in Motion (FIM) – representative office in Prishtina.
Finance in Motion is an asset management company that advises/manages several funds. In Kosovo, we are active with two Funds: European Fund for Southeast Europe – EFSE and Green for Growth Fund – GGF.
My field of expertise include:
– analysis and monitoring of Kosovo economic and financial sector (including regulatory environment);
– development of country strategy (investment portfolio and technical assistance);
– financial and credit analysis of banking and micro-finance institutions in Kosovo and Albania;
– drafting/presentation of respective investment proposals, analysis, and structuring of loan investments;
Nevertheless, before working for FIM I have managed for several years a retail private company – a family business.
